Economic empowerment

We focus on empowering marginalized communities in emergency and developing country contexts to build sustainable livelihoods and become self-reliant. We have experience implementing, monitoring, and evaluating active labor market programs (ALMPs) including job matching interventions, skills-building, graduation approach programs, mentorship programs, behavioral interventions, and conditional and unconditional cash transfers with INGOs, NGOs, and government entities like ministries of labor and economy.
