Evaluate

Elm provides rigorous monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) services to inform programming and drive sustainable impact in the communities you serve. We employ OECD’s Better Criteria for Better Evaluation: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. We broadly offer MEL services in both outcome and process evaluation.

Outcome evaluation

Elm will help you measure the impact of programs on targeted populations by comparing progress achieved against the indicators set out for the target population. We promote accountability towards all stakeholders including community members and donors, and enable programmatic learning and course correction where needed.

Process evaluation

Elm will help you assess the extent to which your interventions have been implemented as intended and with the desired outputs. We carefully review the delivery of programs to answer “how it works.”
